This is Kabang, a local breed of dog in the Philippines. This dog saved 2 children from a speeding motorcycle. The accident caused a severe damage on her face.
“We would like to request private organizations, maybe they have the necessary expertise and capability to perform the reconstructive surgery for Kabang”, says Dr. Arnedo Agbayani, Chief of Animal Health Division.
